How specifications are published

Spec.cc0 publishes factual product fields only after normalization, validation and source checks.

Publication process

  1. Discover manufacturer documentation
  2. Extract structured specification fields
  3. Normalize values and units by product category
  4. Check missing values and conflicting sources
  5. Publish verified records with source provenance

Missing data

Values are never guessed. Unavailable fields remain unpublished and are omitted from the public table.

Corrections

When a higher-authority source changes or contradicts a field, the record is revalidated before replacement.
